It’s been hot every day. Haven’t you been feeling tired from summer? “Niwa no Akari (Light of Garden),” an annual event where you can enjoy light and shadow, will be held in the end of August. The venue is Sorakuen Garden, a public garden of a ten minute walk north from JR Motomachi Station. It will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM during Saturday, August 31st to Sunday, September 1st. Many candles, lamps, and lanterns will be lighted. You can also see “Mt. Rokko International Photo Festival” from 9:00 AM.
