Guidelines for Information Delivery Service
AWEP has established the following guidelines for information Delivery Service.
- The following information is disseminated in order of the highest priority.
Information is provided with the aspect of an option or as a suggestion.
– Information on daily life provided by public organizations like NGOs, and NPOs.
– Information on the establishment and changes in public systems (amendments to laws, changes in administrative procedures, etc.).
– Information on events organized by public organizations like NGOs, and NPOs.
– Information on public health, environment, and disaster prevention.
– Information on consultation services provided by private support groups for foreign residents.
– Other information might be beneficial to foreign women living in Japan, the source of which can be confirmed and trusted.
- The following kind of information will not be sent.
– Information that may benefit a specific company or organization (e.g., job information or product information of a specific company).
– Information that agrees with or opposes a specific politics, religion, or ideology.
– When it is offensive to public order and morals, such as defamation of a third party.
– In cases where the decision to agree or disagree is influenced by personal preference.
– When there is a risk of infringing the copyright or other rights of others.
