【参加者募集】おしゃべりのつどい～セルフマッサージ（3/22）
今年もセルフマッサージの季節になりました。いつものように、工藤真紀先生をお招きしてセルフケアの方法を学びます。
リラックスした雰囲気の中で、日ごろの疲れを癒しませんか？ 言葉がわからなくても大丈夫です。やさしい日本語で進めます。
動きやすい服装でお越しください。

- 対象：女性なら誰でも（子ども連れ歓迎）

It’s the season for self-massage again this year. As always, we will invite Maki Kudo to teach us how to take care of ourselves.
Why not relieve your daily fatigue in a relaxing atmosphere? It’s okay if you don’t understand the language. We will proceed in simple Japanese. Please wear comfortable clothes.
