【神戸市における台風11号】
神戸地方気象台によると、強い台風１１号は、８月９日１４時には足摺岬の南南西約１７０キロにあって、１時間におよそ１５キロの速さで北北東へ進んでいます。
中心の気圧は９５５ヘクトパスカル、中心付近の最大風速は４０m、最大瞬間風速は５５mで、中心から半径１７０キロ以内では、風速２５メートル以上の暴風となっています。
また、中心の東側５００キロ以内と西側３９０キロ以内では、風速１５メートル以上の強い風が吹いています。
台風１１号は、兵庫県には１０日昼前に最も接近する見込みです。
土砂災害に十分注意するとともに、河川の増水やはん濫、激しい突風、高潮などにも十分警戒してください。

Dealing with Typhoon no. 11Last update08/08/2014
According to the Kobe Local Meteorological Office, as of 4 pm on the 8th August, Typhoon no. 11 is in the open sea of the coast of the Amami Ohshima Island, approximately 210km east, and is moving north slowly.
It is predicted that the typhoon will be approaching the Kinki region in the 10th.
Please be aware of landslide, overflow of river, gale and storm surge.
