神戸市（こうべし）に すんでいる ひとへ
2023年（ねん）10月（がつ）1日（にち）から、「高校生世代（こうこうせいせだい）」も 病院（びょういん）に いくときに はらうお金（かね） の 補助（ほじょ）が うけられます。
「こども医療費助成受給者証」（こども いりょうひじょせい じゅきゅうしゃしょう）が、郵便（ゆうびん）で とどきます。
兵庫県（ひょうごけん）にある 病院（びょういん）、クリニック（くりにっく）などで つかえます。
ひとつの 病院（びょういん）で 1回（かい）４００円（えん）に なります。
「高校生世代（こうこうせいせだい）」：１５歳（さい）になってから 最初（さいしょ）の ４月（がつ）１日（にち）から、１８歳（さい）になってから 最初（さいしょ）の ３月（がつ）３１（日）までの 人（ひと）。
高校（こうこう）に いっていなくても いいです。

Today we have good news for residents of Kobe City.
From October 1, 2023, people of high school age will be able to receive subsidies for hospital visits. You will receive a “Child Medical Expense Subsidy Recipient Certificate" by mail. The certificate can be used at hospitals and clinics in Hyogo Prefecture.
At one hospital, your hospital bill will be up to 400 yen.
“High school age” is defined as the period between the first April 1st after turning 15 to the first March 31st after turning 18. You do not have to be attending high school to receive these certificates.
