今月のあんしんつうしん「緊急地震速報」
24年前、1995年１月１７日の朝、こうべで おおきな じしんが ありました。
おおきな じしんは いつ おこるか わかりません。
じしんのとき、けいたいでんわ や すまーとふぉん からアラーム音が なります。
こんな音です。（音♪～～～）今のは、テストです。
この音が 聞こえたら、じぶんの からだを まもりましょう。
まずは あたまを まもりましょう。
番組の後半は、1995年の震災当時のお話をマリアンさんを招いて、初代のAWEP代表稲田多恵子さんと2代目の代表もりきかずみさんと鋤柄利佳さんで語っています。
On the first and second Saturdays from 4pm to 4:30 in Japanese and from 4:30 to 5pm in English, KIC students from Africa share their stories about what has surprised them once in Kobe, Japan, what they have found out through their life there, and other things they found intriguing and mind-blowing in Kobe or in Japan in general.
The first broadcast in 2019 starts with two people, the main personality.
Personality is Funayama Project Manager of Kobe Information Graduate School University (left side: Participating in NGO activities etc. in Africa etc.) and Senda sensei (right side: Graduated from Osaka graduate school of Osaka graduate, architect)
This time’s broadcast started from the story of the earthquaqe in Hanshin-Awaji, looking back at the time.
They are looking back on the disaster, and talking about what they were doing at that time.
And Professor NSENDA talks about the event “Africa meets Kansai” sponsored for many years, continuing in Kansai and Kobe due to the experiences of the earthquake disaster.
Finally, they are reporting on the situation of human resource development project in Rwanda and efforts of this New Year.

第1週土曜日と第2土曜日の4時から4時半日本語で、4時半から5時は英語で、神戸情報大学院大学のアフリカからの学生たちが、日本・神戸に住んでみて気づいたことやアフリカの自分の国のことを紹介している番組です。私たちが普段気づかないことに気づかせてもらえます。
2019年最初の放送は、メインパーソナリティの二人で始まります。
パーソナリティは、神戸情報大学院大学の船山・プロジェクトマネージャー（右側：アフリカなどの国々でNGO活動等に参加）とセンダ先生（左側：コンゴ出身 大阪大学大学院を卒業、建築家）です。
FMYYではすべての番組1月は、阪神・淡路大震災について語ります。二人も当時を振り返っています。
そして、NSENDA教授は長年主催している「Africa meets Kansai」というイベントについても、こうした震災の経験もあって関西・神戸で続けていることを語っています。
最後に、ルワンダでの人材育成事業の状況や新年の取り組みについて報告をしています。

皆さんこんにちは。ベトナム夢KOBEのVu Thi Thu Thuyと林貴哉です。今月もよろしくお願いします。先月の放送では、「日本に暮らすベトナム人の高齢者」についてお伝えしましたが、1月は「『1.17KOBEに灯りを in ながた』におけるボランティアのためのフォーの炊き出し」についてお伝えします!
Xin chào Quý vị và các bạn! Thủy và Takaya của VIETNAM yêu mến KOBE xin được tiếp tục đồng hành cùng quý vị trong chương trình lần này. Trong số phát sóng vào tháng trước, chúng ta đã trao đổi về người cao tuổi Việt Nam tại Nhật. Trong tháng này, chúng ta hãy cùng nhau tìm hiểu về “Sự kiện thắp nến tưởng niệm ở Nagata, Kobe ngày 17/1 và hoạt động tình nguyện nấu phở hỗ trợ tình nguyện viên” nha!
毎年、1月17日になると、JR新長田駅前では「1.17KOBEに灯りを in ながた」が開催されます。1995年1月17日に発生した阪神・淡路大震災で被害に遭われた方を追悼し、次の世代に語り継いでいく場です。震災が発生したのは午前5:46なので、三宮にある東遊園地で行われる「阪神淡路大震災1.17のつどい」は早朝に行われますが、長田では夕方から灯りをともし、午後5:46に黙祷を行います。
Cứ đến ngày 17/1 hàng năm ở trước ga JR Shin Nagata lại diễn ra sự kiện thắp nến có tên gọi là “Sự kiện thắp nến tưởng niệm ở Nagata, Kobe ngày 17/1”. Đây chính là nơi để tưởng niệm những nạn nhân đã thiệt mạng trong trận động đất Hanshin Awaji ngày 17/1/1995, đồng thời cũng là nơi để truyền đạt câu chuyện này cho những thế hệ sau. Thời điểm xảy ra động đất là 5h46’ sáng nên lễ tưởng niệm động đất Hanshin Awaji diễn ra vào sáng sớm ngày 17/1 tại công viên phía Đông Sannomiya, sau đó sự kiện thắp nến tưởng niệm được tổ chức lúc 5h46’ chiều tại Nagata.

１２月になりました。１ねんが もうすぐおわり、あたらしいとしが はじまります。
１２がつ２９にち から １がつ３にち まで、 きゅうな びょうき や けがで びょういんに いきたい ときは、♯７１１９（きゅうきゅう あんしんせんたー こうべ）に でんわを してください。やすみのひでも よるでも ２４じかんいつでもつながります。びょうきの ようすにあう びょういんを しょうかい してくれます。
こどもの きゅうな びょうきの そうだんは ♯８０００ にでんわを してください。 じかんは 9：00～24：00 です。
Another year is almost over and a new year will start soon. Hope you have a lot of fun plans for your holidays.
Just in case you need to contact a hospital or clinic for unexpected illnesses or injuries during the holiday season from December 29 through January 3, call #7119 at Kyukyu Anshin Center Kobe, or Kobe Emergency Center. They are available 24 hours regardless if it’s a holiday or not. They will help you find an appropriate hospital for your condition.
For a child’s urgent condition, call #8000 (from 9:00~24:00).

The first half was to be aired on the first and second Saturdays in November (3rd and 10th), and on this month the latter half on the same days in December (1st and 8th) from 4pm in Japanese and from 4:30 in English, each for 30 mins.
Our topic is “Africa Today,” and our personalities discuss about various things surrounding contemporary Africa with several guests interested in Africa.
We’d be delighted if this could serve as an opportunity to get more Japanese people interested in Africa, which is not very familiar to many of us in our everyday lives, if only a little.
