고베시의 모든 구청 *평일야간 특별창구*에 관하여
평일야간특별창구란 구청 및 관련지소에서 매주 목요일 20시(접수는 19시45분)까지 개장시간을 연장하여 이사관련 각종수속을 접수하고 있습니다.
신종코로나 바이러스의 영향으로 목요일 야간 특별창구는 5월6일 수요일까지 휴무입니다.
목요일도 구청 및 관련지소는 17시30분에 업무를 종료합니다.

La ventanilla especial de atención nocturna durante los días de la semana es una oficina sucursal donde se extiende todos los jueves hasta las 20:00 (la recepción es a las 19:45), y se aceptan varios procedimientos relacionados a la mudanza.
Debido a los efectos del nuevo coronavirus, la ventanilla especial del jueves estará cerrada hasta el miércoles 6 de mayo.
Los jueves, la oficina municipal y sucursales cerrarán a las 17:30.

Tungkol sa espesyal na counter ng Kobe City Ward Office sa gabi ng mga regular na araw.
Ang espesyal na counter sa gabi ay ang tanggapan sa ward/ branch office na pinalawig ang oras hanggang alas-otso ng gabi (alas-siyete kwarenta y sinko ang huling tanggap) tuwing huwebes para sa iba’t ibang pamamaraan ng proseso tulad ng paglipat ng tirahan at iba pa.
Dahil sa epekto ng bagong coronavirus, ang espesyal na counter tuwing Huwebes ng gabi ay sarado hanggang Mayo 6, Miyerkules.
Magsasara ang tanggapan ng ward at branch office ng alas-sinko y medya kung Huwebes.

みんなで知恵を絞り、今月は名古屋のミキサーと神戸のキッズをインターネットで繋いでの収録になりました。
キッズたちは4月になって、3年生が4年生に、5年生が6年生になりました。
でも今年の入学式も卒業式も、そして進級もいつもと全く違います。
阪神・淡路の時とも違う大きな災害の中での進級です。
子どもたちも自分たちなりにいろんな我慢をして、そしてこの災害の終息を願っています。その声をじっくりとお聞きください。

神戸市のすべての区役所（くやくしょ）の※平日夜間特別窓口（やかん とくべつまどぐち）※について、
「夜間特別窓口（やかんとくべつばどぐち）」とは、区役所（くやくしょ）・支所（ししょ）で、木曜日(もくようび）に20時（受付（うけつけ）は19時45分）まで、引越（ひっこし）のいろんな手続き（てつづき）ができるところです。
新型（しんがた）コロナウイルスで、木曜日（もくようび）の夜間特別窓口（やかんつけつけ）は５月６日水曜日（すいようび）までやすみです。
木曜日（もくようび）も、区役所（くやくしょ）・支所（ししょ）は１７時30分にしまります。

神戸常盤大学黒野利佐子准教授にお話しいただきました。
司会進行はFMYY金千秋。コロナ感染症のこわさも伝えつつ、感染症患者への世間の目線、これが魔女狩りのようになりがち。医療は、病原菌やウイルスを見つめるだけでなく、社会の状況、人々の暮らしと共に考えなくてはならない。という視点でのお話です。
